1996 Andial 993 Turbo

Does anyone know this car?

http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail.jsp;jsessionid=b1yWHzor7NmhkZqgD6Y5OII?tab= photos&paId=335035306&recnum=&listingId=35668763&p aId=335035306&listingRecNum=&criteria=&tracktype=u sedcc&pageNumber=&numResultsPerPage=&largeNumResul tsPerPage=0&sortorder=descending&sortfield=PRICE&c ertifiedOnly=false&aff=national

Supposedly on 30 cars were upgraded with the Andial package. This car has about 30k miles since all upgrades. Does it sound like a safe buy?

TIA

It belongs to a friend of mine. I have ridden in it and it is very fast. My understanding is that there are 20 Andials, not 30.

I see it all the time at Ruf (because I keep a car there) but have never looked at it from a buyer perspective. Seems like a good buy to me as the Andial cars are so rare, not to mention the performance.

very pretty car indeed! I don't know much about the Andial conversion, but if it was put together by the guys at Ruf you know it was done right.

Hi Guys.
I just became the keeper of the Andial Registry as Jim Brady has left the fold. There are now 21 certified Andial twin plug conversions. Twenty 3.8 and one 3.6.
The cars were all built by Andial. (RUF did not build the car in question.)
I'm going to contact all the owners and try and keep the registry updated, so if anyone has any questions about these babies I can try to be of help.

Wink Andial 993 Turbo

Am interested in the Andial registry and new to the forum.

Andial did a twin plug conversion on my 1997 Riviera Blue 993TT between January and April, 2004. I have all the documents. I purchased it in Newport in January, 2004 and am the second owner. It had 6,141 miles at purchase. Andial did the pre-purchase inspection...the conversion...and more.

Since then, we've continued to "develop" the car for DE purposes with Chris Musante / Musante Motorsports in CT.

It is stunning and an awesome "gentleman's track car". But it did begin with Andial.

If you're inquiring of the Andial in the original post, it has been sold or I should say, stolen. Went way too low for its uniqueness, condition and power/$.

I know who has it if you're still interested.
