Seat options for leg room

I drove a 993TT and was intoxicated by the smooth and extremely strong power, I love the spirited feel, everything. But being a big 6'3", I'm like 10lbs of sausage in a 5lb sack.

I fit ok in a 993 cabriolet, but it lacks the excitement of the TT. When I looked at the back seat I spied another 4" to 6" inches of legroom, but I'm concerned that the interior seat well in the rear curves in.

Are there any seat options out there? I seem to recall seeing an add with someone selling a simple metal bracket that extends the seat back.

What do you guys recommend?

Whitelightnin is infamous around these parts
Really sounds like you did not have the seat all the way back. When it is, the back of the driver"s seat is almost touching the back seat. I am 6'1" and have plenty of room with probably 2 or 3 inches of rearward movement left.

Che seat moved forward and back and would not go back any further. Is there a different adjustment for the electric seat motors other than the buttons on the bottom side seat bolster by the door?

I think you're right. My mechanic said that there are a couple places where the seat can be lined up during installation. I plan to have it checked out and to be safe, I will try and find one of the seat extender kits to install in case its needed.
