Wheel recommendations for the new addition. Check the photo...

Delivered last week. Needs tires. Looking at wheel options. More than likely go with 18's. Any thoughts on 19's? Photos? Don't want anything with a lip. Would prefer the look of the HRE P40 or BBS CH. Thinking about GT3 wheels. Any recommendations and or photos would be appreciated.

Beautiful example...congrats.

So many options...I love the RUF wheels and I have MY02 five spokes on my C4S which look great as well.

Go subtle as you don't want to "bling" up a 993 as nice as that one. Also do your best to keep them light (RUF's are not light but pretty enough to sacrifice ). Makes a noticable difference on the 993...and only go with 18's in my opinion.

I ride on both 18's and 19's. I upgraded my 18's to lighter Turbo twist off a Turbo s with the graphite finish. I also have a set of 19 HRE's. Alittle heavier and alittle rougher ride but not that noticeable compared to 18's.

Seems like 18s would offer more and more affordable tire options than 19s.

I bought a set of...

MY 2002 996 wheels, 18", 8' front with 50mm offset, 10" rear with a 65mm off set. They weight less than 25 lbs a wheel. They are one (1) piece wheels, made by BBS in Germany for Porsche. You can see how they look on your car at www.wheelenhancement.com They have a great variety of wheels to choose from.

If you like the MY 2002 996 wheels, and you buy a used set...be sure to have them spun up and certifies as straight and true. This is good practice with any wheel purchased...in my opinion.

Photoshop rendering coming your way.. 19" P40's on your 993 would be amazing, I would probably do a set in gloss black, and to go with it a set of Brembos..

We are HRE largest dealer and distributor in the world... Pm incoming.

Here are some renderings I did so you could get an idea of what the P40's would look like on your 993. The color is a bit off.

I can get you priced out on a set. Please let me know.
