rear infant seat for 993

can anyone shed some light into this for me ?
finally bought a 993 Carrera 4 Cabriolet - it just so happened to arrive the same day as my newborn son !

congrats on both. i don't recommend an infant seat in the back of a 993!!! you are better off getting a airbag switch and putting your son in the front seat. Once they are able to go into a booster, the back is workable. Bottom line is that the bucket shape is not conducive to any seat aside from a booster.

I used an infant seat in the back of mine for a while. The infant seats that have the handles seem to fit, but, you can't use the base, you have to strap the seat in with seatbelts every time. The 993 rear seat belts ratchet, so, it works pretty well.
