Best experiences/ customer service you have received when buying for your Porsche....

With some of the bad posts sometimes regarding service, I was just wondering what your best customer service experiences have been when dealing with board sponsors or other Porsche related companies

I have said it 1 million times, but, Arling and Lucent (310) 231-3328 give the best service bar none. Way above and beyond and a refreshing change

Joe Perillo at Perillo BMW Chicago IL 312-981-0000 You want a BMW there is no better period

Aaron Zelinski at Rizza Porsche in Orland Park IL (708)403-0300 also has always given me fantastic service when all other Porsche dealers seem content with mediocraty.

Peter at Wheel Experts (866) 409-9700 I have never purchased from him, but, inquired several times about wheels/tires he has always respond within a couple hours and has sent me lots and lots of pics at my request. He also seems to choose honesty over a quick sale

Todd@Evo 480-317-9911 and Stephen@IA (913)310-9927 --what can I say that I haven't already said, great great guys and always willing to answer questions, always accessable

Stef at Europipe Tel: 32 38774732 There exhaust wasn't for me, however, he gave great service and their build quality is the best I have seen

All the above people have given me great service and made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend any of the above to friends, family, or anyone looking for their particular service. What are some of your positive experiences?

Alfie Desfosses (978 739 8814) at Ira Porsche in Danvers, Massachusetts was good to me from the minute I walked into the dealership. I think other Boston area people on this board would agree.

Ditto to Justin at Brandywine and Peter at Wheel Experts. Gert at Carnewal is great too. I haven't bought a car from Alfie (yet) but I have communicated with him several times and he is incredibly attentive and knowledgable.

Another vote here goes to Alfie at Ira Porsche. Really great guy!

I know a lot of people here are skeptical with herb Chambers Porsche, but I just bought my Turbo from John Kang there and must say that he is a real A+ guy. Very attentive and straight shooter!

Quentin at Hendrick Porsche in Charlotte is also a great guy. My Porsche bra stained the hood brown after it got wet and Quentin bent over backwords to get the stain out. Did so with no polishing or buffing. No charge either. Incidentally, I bought my TT from another dealer. They'll get my next order.

Roger Jobs motors in Bellingham, Washington has always provided exceptional service. I live about three hours away. They trailored my turbo down to my house on the day it was delivered. On oil changes, they trailor a loaner car (cayenne s) down, and pick my turbo up at my house. The next day they delivered my turbo back to me at my office. I have several other collegues that have bought cars through Roger Jobs and they also pick their cars up for them.

Absolutely hands down some of the best Porsche Service I have rec'd has been from Eric Schaeffer, the Service Manager at Michael Stead Porsche in Walnut Creek, Ca. He is consistant and takes the time to explain things...and always fixed what needed to be fixed the first time.

Although they are not a board sponsor, I had a great experiece working with Dayton at Departstop to get my rear wing. Awesome customer service when UPS delivered my first wing in peices.

Rawlings Audio (Another non sponsor, but I know they are interested). My stereo kicks ***.

I'm looking forward to my experience with Lucent...can't wait for my suspension!

Peter Lee (aka lee3725 or something like that): he's very knowledgeable in his field and helps you with whatever you want. He is honest and doesnt just sell you stuff for no reason. He also returns calls promptly, with as many buisnessmen as there are on this board that is a necesity.

There are so many great shops, vendors and people out there, where does one begin. I guess the more mods you do, the more experiences you have!! Well, I have plenty of mods and plenty of experiences. Let's see.....

I will top the list with Stephen Kaspar at Imagine Auto. Stephen is a truly honest and hardworking guy and he knows his stuff inside and out. His honesty and comfortable nature helped me make my decision for my Stage 4 kit.

Tony from PES Tuning is another great guy. Tony is super knowledgable, friendly, close by and a great driver to boot!! I got my Brembos from him.

Dave and John at Wheel Enhancemant, although not a board sponsor, is very knowledgable and offers top shelf service.

Gert at Carnewal must have an insider with Fedex because his stuff arrives faster than anyones!! He has also gone above and beyond recently and I want to again say thank you. Kudos Gert!!

Stef at Europipe is extremely courteous, professional and timely with his services. Their product is amazing and their customer service mirrors it.

Justin at Brandywine has offered great service in the past.

Suncost Porsche has some great deals and has offered great service.

My newest acquaintance is Cargraphics. Hershel, Erik and Michele are really good people going WAY beyond the call of duty. They have helped me out with several rim issues and wheel spacers without even batting an eye. I was treated more like a family member than a client. I am still thinking about that suspension Hershel!

I would recommend any of the above vendors in an instant.

There are many board sponsors and other vendors and shops out there and my list and the others' lists most certainly will not address all of the great shops and people out there. I think the individual experiences that we list here will help others when making buying and servicing decisions but shouldn't make anyone think that others are not equally qualified.

www.departstop.com was very cool to deal with and he will sell well below his advertised prices on the OEM Porsche stuff. Great deals and good customer service.
