60-130 Competition - 10/27 - Lonestar Motorsports Park - Houston, TX

I think we are going to put the little bit bigger pills in my brothers car and try to make it out there. ~780-800rwhp @ 3200lbs (with driver) should put down a pretty nice time. That is if it gets any kind of traction. Hopefully those plans work out like they should. I'm really interested to see what it will do on motor vs n2o.
Unless something comes up I will at least be there, hopefully my brother will too. I will be a spectator though. I know I have the worlds slowest K16 car so I don't want to embarrass myself by running the same time as a stock TT LOL!

Sean you have such a way with words see ya there or are we convoying?
Powell, come on go for a run stretch those legs a bit, how do you know if your mods have improved your performance if you never do a run now.
I won't be much better

I was young and hooked on p****y before...just trying to help the lad break free. Take it from a middle aged man: Unless your married w/ a family, when you put women ahead of your passions, your done.

Rob, sounds great man, I hope your car is complete in time to make the event. I will post some caravan/meeting information on this thread in the next week or so as well.
Thanks,
Peter

Doug, I hope you can make it out and join us on the 27th! The 6speed community is really the first community to embrace the 60-130 concept. As Motor Trend and Car & Driver started posting the 60-130 times of supercars (Enzo, Carrera GT, etc...) people with street cars started wondering what their car could muster 60-130. With the right technology (GPS based drift box) we can all now measure our times. The event on the 27th is a dedicated event to the 60-130 concept that allows us unlimited runs at a closed drag strip where it's safe and legal to go 130+mph. I hope you can join us.
