Sportec makes them...Performance products sells a similar product...Bothe of these are pricey....DIY is involved but cheaper...Oak did it on his car and many M5 owners have also DIYd these...
FYI - Techart type II fronts have integrated brake ducts

A better cheaper buy would be the GT3 Cup break ducts. I think they're about 130 bux each?

Hehe which ones Ken? The missile launcher-looking things or the GT3 cup brake cooling ducts (which work well).

The first is on the Performance Products web site www.performanceproducts.com under brake upgrades for 996TT. I can't remember the part numbers off of the top of my head for the GT3 stuff.

Alex,
I have seen the PP version in person. I am not totally sold on that idea. The many bends bothers me as well as the constant moving of the flexi-duct with each turn of the wheel.

I want to see the Sportec version.

The GT3 sccops are the fall back purchase.

Any info on the Sportec version besides the picture??

I htink they are pretty much the same as the PP ones....checkout Oak's car people!! He did this HIMSELF a while back for a fraction of Sportec's price (it was like $1200 or 1800 if I remember...their airbox was ridiculously priced too...d-mn Swiss LOL)
