sdorn is infamous around these parts
What kind of regulations are there related to the transportation of explosive or flammable material across the border? I would think there would also be import taxes to pay, unless you could sneak it in.

It is for Unleaded, but if you were to go to Leaded, which damages O2 sensors and catayltic converters then you can get much higher (118+)

I bought a 5 gallon pail of Toulene today. It smell exactly like MS109 (which I believe is 70% toulene). I'm going to dump it in my Suburban and top up with 94 tomorrow and see what happens.

Keep in mind that you want to run the least octane possible for your particular car as long as you can keep detonation at bay. The Porsche engine has very sophisticated anti knock circuitry that will back off timing (hurt performance) but it will save your motor. This same circuitry will back off boost if it sees problems including heat, etc. That's why you must really know what's going on before bypassing boost control with a boost controller.

The higher the octane the slower the burn. You can actually lose power and worse carbon up your engine with un-burned fuel.

Too much octane can be bad.

A buddy of mine has 110 leaded, it is blue in color. He told me if I mixed it with 93 octane 50/50 split that would make 101.5 octane and that I could run that in my car with my race file, thoughts?

If true, what gains can one expect?

You don't want leaded. Just figure out the amount of MS 109 mixed with 93 to come up with 100 octane.
("A"gallons x 93) + ("B" gallons x 109) = A+B gallons of 100

A 50/50 blend of 93 and 109 unleaded gets you 101 octane
