Get the FVD ones they are a great deal and work well, I am sure they are made by someone else for them. I love my FVD product, so much in fact I am going with their 3.8 Kit and rods. I am not going with their Turbo's I want to use some GT30's or bigger
In a stage II car this is what I believe it should be: ECU flash , BMC filter, DV's air Filter , and some sort of free flowing exhaust.

Another issue is the head studs... I hear problems with those too...
Ask around... see how many FVD 3.8s are running around in the US...
Like I said, all 3.8l build had problems... and probably some still do... so whoever does your work make sure he did it successfully before your build...

I HAve a very close long term relationship with FVD as well.... with that said, I would strongly advise you that FVD does the motor in that case and that they make it right in case it doesnt work out the first time.... From waht I hear all the 3.8s that have been built to date had problems - ALL of the them... I believe it was the liners... I also hear that the other problem is the head gasket as no one makes the 3.8 L gasket.. so the 3.6L are used and more issues arose... IDK I'm just passing on the info...
