VF-Engineering Stage 2 Supercharged M3 vs. Stage 2 996TT

Martin (USCTrojanMan29 ) and I did a bunch of pulls, these were the best one's, some runs were closer than others. Gotta say I was very happy as with the results! Not to mention Martin's TT is a RWD conversion beast! Good times.

Thanks for the runs Brotha!

Here's the vids, enjoy!

Wow, multiple runs, daylight, surface streets, how do you guys stay out of jail? That M3 really flies! I miss the instant head snap of a belt driven supercharger.

Interesting for sure.... Wish I could have ran some with my old turbo, my turbo was way faster then my ex M3, BUT yours should be on another level from my M, things have progressed a great deal since then!

Yeah Drew, that video looks about right. I see you are up to your old tricks again picking on TTs. I'm glad to know I'm not your only TT whipping boy. Now that you've got video will you leave me alone?

How expensive is it to mod an M3 compared to a TT? I have a deposit down for an '09 M3, but I don't know if I want to go from a really fast TT to a slower and heavier M3.

We had a few good runs and the rest I focked up (late starts and starting in the wrong gear). Drew's car is a little quicker than mine (about 20-25 more HP to the wheel and better gearing) especially starting from 2nd gear (we did pulls at 40mph) as I can only hit .7 bars of boost in 2nd, but once I hit 3rd I go up to 1.2 bars. It's essentially a driver's race and Drew is a better racer than I am at this point.

Yeah man, I'd be willing to bet that the VFE kits produce more power throughout the entire powerband than the AA kits. I'm going to get a baseline dyno of my stage 2 set-up and then I'll dyno it again once I get the k24 hybrids in.
