There are 2 limitations w/ the M3...it heat soaks VERY EASILY....to make 600 plus rwhp my car has to be packed in ice and it will run strong for about 5 minutes...after that it is much slower....maybe a low 8 second (60-130) car. After driving hard for 30 minutes tonight I would estimate that my power levels were down to around the low to mid 500rwhp zone... Stilll a very fast car though. The other thing is traction.
I will be running Dr's and hopefully the track will be well prepped.
SC...I read you other posts and I hope you come. Owning both an M3 and a GT2 I can tell you that the GT2 is simply on another level in every way. The M3 is a wonderful car and the ultimate DD, but you are really living in a fantasy world if you think you are equal to a highly modded GT2. If you do run into 351 he will beat you no doubt...
I understand that your car is special and would not mind being proven wrong, so please come to the TX28K's.
Another option would be for you to simply purchase a GPS unit, run your car and send the file into Scott or Jean. You really need to do so since you have been boasting so much about your car. Put up!

I have a 997tt in the garage, used to have a modded 996tt as well.
I dont boast about my car much, lol. I dont say much really, other people do. You boasted about your M3 and you boast about your Porsche.
The other night i was playing around with a SG650 996tt (almost the same setup as yours), you should as him about my car. They brought my car up, then S351 made a challenge. The guys called me and told me to shut him up, simple.
I dont care i know there are plenty of cars faster then mine out there!

SC,
Actually, everytime I read a post of your you ARE bragging about your car....thats OK, all I am asking is that you send some hard data. A dyno would be OK although a verified 60-130 would be best.
When my car was a GT 650 (IE before my fuel system and other upgrades I made in my last round of mods) I ran a 7.7. Since then I ran a 6.69 (all verified by KPG/Scott).
You pulling on a 650 (I would put 2 lengths on a 650 set up) is a far cry from running a verified mid 5 second 60-130.

Dude u dont care! You were the one bragging about your M3. Whatever man, i put like 10+ cars on a 650 set up instantly without traction...
I didnt verify my time, and i never said ive ran it. Hopefully one day, im still battling traction on the highway.
PS. Sorry im not bowing down b/c you have a GT2.

I have a stage 4 (530rwhp) and the most anyone has put on me was 5 car lengths from 60-140...and that was a 900hp supra....I would like to the 60-130 or MPH at the drag strip (in theory you should be trapping 145+)

Easy there killer...I come in peace.
To be honest what I really want to know is how you got an M3 over 800 rwhp....it took nearly an act of God and 2 years to get mine to the 600 rwhp level.
Never asked for any bowing.

The story is we lined up with 3 cars, a 650 Gt28 turbo 996tt on race gas and a Stg S4. They wanted to go off 2nd gear, i would put it on low boost and spin 2nd, 3rd letting off the gas. Hit 4th, instant 10 cars.

At 19 seconds, you can hear my turbo flying by. That is when i grabbed traction (my tires are worn). At the end the camera moves forward you can see my car on the left with the brake lights.

DAMN Joe, Kareem could only pull you by 4 car lengths? That is nuts, he's making 1,050 rwhp...
The event will be from 12-4 on 12/8, we are all meeting at 10:30 am that morning at Eldridge and I-10.
