That Elise is passing the p-cars like they were stand still! What's up with that? Is the Elise that good?

 

While the F40 and Porsche could pass that car at will, albeit modded or not, I think they were just trying to put ego aside and let that crazy **** past...Almost took out the Ferrari...He obviosly doesn't have that much to lose when compared to the other guys especially the F-car

 

anybody have any info on that Lotus Elise Koenig turbo??? can't find anything on a search!....that would be a track terror!

 

probably nothing special, there are numerous elise's out here w/ honda b series motors and turbos that fly. That's probably basically what koenig did, just turbo'd the toyota motor or threw a honda motor in it and added boost. Koenig probably rapes you on the price though.

 

Rockit man is spot on. If you could see the race from the P car you would see how the Elise has nothing to lose. Or in other words, the Elise has nothing to protect compared to the P and F cars.

 

i don't know about that, on the straight for sure, but in the tight section they'd have a REAL hard time.
