What's this car worth?


1976 Porsche 934
Factory 934 Race Car, Race History, from RUF

RUF Auto Centre is pleased to present a rare piece of Porsche Racing History; a Factory Prepared 1976 Porsche 934 Race Car.

Finished in Classic Silver over Black interior.
The 934 was built by Porsche for the Group 4 Racing Series in the mid 1970's.

The history of this car is as follows:
  • .Manufactured by Porsche in December 1975 ( verified )
  • .Campaigned in German and World Endurance Events throught 1976 - 1978.
  • .Originally campaigned under the "Denim" colours and became known as the "Jeans Car".
  • .Re-engineered (Late 1970's) by Josh Sadler of Autofarm with an RSR 2.8 Engine.
  • .Raced at Silverstone and Brands Hatch in two World Championship events in 1979.
  • .Re-engined to a 3.3 Liter 930 Engine with a 934 Metering unit to increase horsepower.
  • .Raced extensively in this form in the 1980's including appearances at Silverstone, Oulton Park, Donington, Mallory Park, and Snetterton.
  • .In 1993 the car was sold to an Italian collector.
  • .Then in 1995 the car was sold to an American collector who is the current owner.

Aggressive LOOK!

Sorry not sure of the value.
But like to comment on the Aggressive posture.
I do love the stance and curves of the old cars vs 996 & 997.
I just don't want to drive them.

Great guy, and I'm sure he would help if he could on a value.

In 300s if it was original and that car is not. The motor has changed form from when it was originally introduced and on the tracks. If I recall this car doesn’t have the horizontal fan in it anymore.
