wow 20c4s your mini is very nice. I love that car, makes me what one so bad. I have no idea what to get. I don't mean to sound stupid as I am fairly fluent(sp?) with cars but what is an ITR? sorry for a dumb question. I also went to a dealership yesterday and there was a 2001 SAAB 95 aero there. Looked very nice, anyone have any opinions on that car.

TTM0TION, ITR is short for Integra Type-R.

The VR6's are great! I had a 98 GTI VR6 with a supercharger in it, the car put out 260HP to the wheels. You could pick one up for under 10Grand, put a SC in it and some DSR 256 cams. And still have money to do Coilovers. You would have a nice track car and you could hold 4 people easily. I forgot to mention it's one of the best sounding engines.

Better late than never!

On a side note, an ITR would be my pick, but I'm a little bias =)

Subaru Impreza WRX STi was a pleasure to own and drive and could be found under the 20k mark these days (though not when the thread was first created). That was my last car and so my vote for this resurrected thread.

Wow

Quite a gravedigging thread

Evo 1000%

I'm biased for sure but with less than 1000$ would kill easily all cars mention prior.

Haha, funny how $20k can get you 8 years ago compare to today cars.

I also owned a 2005 STi before, as well as a E46 M3
They are both under $20k now and they are both very good car

My vote goes to the M3 since it has great style, very fun to drive, sound aggressive even when stock, great power and still very appealing to ladies
