Cool 996 TT owners!!!!

hi there

i have a serious qest. for the owners of the 996 TT...do u look "down" at "lesser" non turbo porsches?

i have a 03 4s and i have to admit it i LOVE it 62km so far

but somtimes i think i should have got a TT esp after reading and seeing ur posts here (still 23 so long time to go and this is my 2nd porsche and wont be last (1964 356 C coupe)

but i use mine EVERDAY so i thought the turbo would cost WAY to much and it cant take that kind of km in the long term (but i think im wrong??)

i love ALL porsches 1960s 70s 80s 90s up till this day and yes ALL of them...

thanks guys and this is the best fourm out there

Ummm, I'm sorry, but honestly I look down on only one porsche - the 924.

I love all 911's - c2's, c4, c4s', to turbos...etc..etc.., especially 964 to 993 and 996.

I might have gone for a c4s cab but I bought a turbo cheaper. The mistake I made was driving a turbo . they are all great cars and if I wanted a cab a c4s would be the one.

No way, man. I love the P-Car...C2, Cab, C4S, Boxster...it's all good.

Drive it proudly and give the thumbs up to your fellow Porsche driver as you pass by!

I don't look down, but I could not drive anything but the turbo and be happy.

It's very hard to look down on anyone when you have owned a Audi/VW made 1982 Porsche 924. That was my first Porsche when I was 24. I am on my 5th Porsche in 17 years.
1982 Porsche 924
1986 Porsche 928S
1983 Porsche 911SC
1998 Porsche Boxster
2002 Porsche TT
Just enjoy what you can afford! And respect others.

Ryan,

Don't want to say that. I know of a little red 924 that would spank all the turbo's and GT2's I know.

I don't even look down on a 924. C'mon... it's most likely driven by someone who loves to drive a "Porsche" even more than I do. And I do love it...

You've all heard the 'ol saying "There are no old Porsches, only new owners". It is so true. I just sold my '87 Targa to a young guy buying his first Porsche. He has wanted to own a Porsche for a long time and finally achieved his goal. He was so excited to take my car home that it made me very happy and proud to hand over the keys.

I don't look down on other Porsches. The last 5 cars I have owned have been Porsches, 914-2 Liter, 911S Targa, 911SC, 996 Carrera, and now a 996TT. I have loved everyone. Don't test drive a turbo, unless you are ready to buy.
