You will find a big difference when you get your 6pot system up and running, infact a huge difference.

Steve, Although My avitar suggests otherwise, I only am interested in roadcourse work. Those I've seeked advice from are also road racer types... The courses I run are 2.2-3.27 mile courses where I see over 160mph every lap for 30 minutes at a time with no issues braking. I upraded mainly to get away from drilled rotors...
TwinT, Yes I'm looking for the 997TT rear caliper/rotor. The rotors are selling for $350-ish from Suncoast per pair(from memory).

Mike, just a quick one to add to that, if you haven't experienced the boiling the fluid effect, let me tell you this, pumping the **** out of the pedal, it was more like pumping the **** out of my pants!

Steve I had brake failure in my car the very first time I tracked the car, and it was at VIR at the end of the front straight at about 160mph... I was pulling seat fabric out of my butt for a week!

Mike,
I just looked on ebay and the only 6 pots I see are from a 997 GT3. Do you know if those will work?
Thanks in advance!!

GT 3 6 Pot
upgrade was from a 997 GT3. However the caliper
part #'s he sent me are: 996-351-431-90 & 996-351-432-90
the rotor part #'s are: 997-351-405-00 & 997-351-406-00
The new price for the calipers in the kit are $903.74 each.
The price for the rotors are $199.46 each. I think you have to buy the kit
complete to get these prices, $2619.70 total.

They should fit, I recently did the upgrade. Steve at Suncoast said the

I think I will just want to order the calipers as it will be easy for me to source the rotors myself here and will reduce the shipping cost from the US to UK.
I have PM'ed Steve but he has not come back to me. Is he around on the forum often?
Thanks

I spoke with Steve today when I was ordering some bolts and pad hardware. They can sell the 350mm rear calipers for about $1100... I'll be ordering a set once I sort the clutch/Pressureplate out.
