Not a RUF, but IC scoops are inspred by them. It's basically a 996 Carrera, but has 996 turbo's engine with 997 turbo's VGTs and air intake path. 997 GT2RS ICs. Custom 3" exhaust with 100-cell cats and Burns Stainless "mufflers".
Transmission is based on 996 turbo's box, but has 997 GT2's first & second, custom third and cooler & LSD from a Cup.
Full uniballed and adjustable Cup suspension and brakes from 997 turbo.
Cage, 6-pt harness and Cobra Suzuka Pro seats.
90 liters fuel tank, carbon hood, roof front bumper, and rear fender extensions. Fronts and rear bumper are GRP. Lexan rear and rear side windows. Rear hatch and wing are Cup repros, uprights from Demon, and front splitter from db motorsport. Joe Toth canards.
NTM 3-piece wheels, 10x18 et37 & 11x18 et5 with 265/35 & 295/30 MPSC2 tires.
Weight should now be around 1380 kilos, but I haven't weighed it yet. Widebody conversion was done this spring.
Power is just under 600 hp/800 Nm. The one and only time I've tried 1/4 and a mile it did 11,7@197kmh (and 285 kmh on a mile), with that wing but narrowbodied and 996's IC. On the next pull it blew the third gear...

if thats diy you should open a shop. that looks great. i'd like to finish mine off like that and it would be mostly cosmetic given i have the similar level of power and only need a cpl more parts but still. it looks like the speed gallery 96gt2 up here, only yours is clean lol. no wonder you don't talk much here. very nice.

Bellow is 99% how my car will look, still need to add the canards in front, might paint the front vents like you did..

I will run R18 10J/13J wheels, but was just testing my gt3 wheels (R19) with some crazy spacers (almost 60mm) in the rear
