Fikse Profil 13 and 10...Need Advice/Opinions

Hi Everyone:

I've been thinking about some new wheels (hanging out with Rodis too much). Seriously considering the Fikse Profil 13 or 10 (19"). Does anyone have this wheel on their TT? What is the weight? How is the reliability? How much lip is on the wheel?

And of course, what do you guys think of the looks?

If I do pull the trigger, I would go with the Race Black finish.

Any thoughts, suggestions, pics or comments are greatly appreciated!

T

Maybe I'll just stick with the TechArts...

I also like the Kahn wheels...the are like TechArts but with a deep dish...

What to do, what to do...

I love the Kahns personally....The Techarts IMO are too 'flowery' for lack of a better word...besides - got dish?
I think the Kahn without the bolts may be nicer too...

I absolutely HATE Khan wheels. Go with the Profil 10's.

I wish Fikse offered black centers with polished lips.

Kahn wheels look like SUV wheels.

Techarts. They look good, but only with the black centers. However, ever since I found out how heavy they were, they're a no go in my book.

Fikse wheels look very racey. They're light. They're strong. Durable, too. They supply legit race teams. Go for it. It'll look great. I personally like the FM-10s. Classic mesh centers.

Those look like a standard finish Fikse offers - Race Black Anodized.

not the kahn, i think it looks ugly sorry msindi

id go with the fikse 13 with black spokes but with silver/chrome/polished lip, the wheel and teh lip will stand out more..

or
the BBs lm, one of the best looking wheels out there, go with either a black or a gunmetal spoke and silver/chrome/polished lip...

can anyone photoshop the pic of the all balck fkse 13... keep the spokes balck but the lip in chrome/silver/polished..

that would look stellar imho..

I'll stop you ! Unless something has changed recently, BBS does not make the "LM" for the turbo. You can get the mag wheels that Fred just bought, though. They are the wheels you see on a lot of race cars. I think the LM's were designed to be a look-a-like for the street.

I don't think you can go wrong with either the Fikse or BBS, although I don't know if you can get the BBS mag wheels in 19s.
