Techart "Style" Wing
Has anyone tried out this "Techart-Style-Wing?" The price is hard to pass up.

Ive had one of those in my hands and I have compared it with an authentic techart wing. Those fake wings are a good deal heavier for sure, about double the weight of the stock wing blade.
Hope this helps.

I have a CF TA type 1 "style" wing....it is hollow. Extremely well made (amazingly so)......lighter or at least not heavier than the stock unit. So, there is a lot of variety out there.
I got it from a board member here....very cheap to me... but I think he paid north of $1000 new....so the new "cheap" ones may be inferior to the old "cheap" ones. Who knows. I am super happy with the look. I think he got a GT2 decklid/wing, but I am not sure.
Anyway, I really like the bigger look without the hugeness of a full GT2 add-on. Just my taste. I suspect the one's on Ebay are just fine. You might give up 5 lbs. Does it really matter.....

Looks fine as it stands. I suspect there must be a variety of sources of the original and slight variations. I have seen a "real" one and, ironically, I actually like the copy better.
Funny actually. They are close, but the copy had a nicer line at the sides to my eye. I suppose I might have a real one and the copy is what I don't like. My wing is lighter than the OEM one that came on the car...real, hollow CF.

I was referring to the extension for the risers. I'd like to see the risers completely flushed when it retracts. Also, it adds an extra inch or so to the wing when extended.

I am having a hard time myself, I need a front bumper and a wing but I don't know what to go with or where I can get it without spending a small fortune. I do like the techart look on both bumper and the add on GT2 wing. I wish we had posting with pictures of the wings and bumpers and info on them with where to buy.

Where did you order from and how much (eBay?)?

If you don't mind, please update and give your opinions regarding fit and finish when you receive it. Thanks!
