Wheel/Tire Suggestions Please

Bitten by the mod bug and considering a wheel upgrade. Questions:

1. Do I go 19" or stay 18"?
2. Widest rear possible on a 1" drop WITHOUT a fender roll?
3. My car is red with Aerokit...opinions on finishes for best look.
4. Which wheel and why?

I'm already sold on the PS2. I don't know of a better tire.

Thanks in advance!

If you track the car, save the 18's. 19's look good but don't perform as well on the track. You’ll see quite a few threads on the topic if you search.

chiming in here...

1. this depends on whatr you do more - street or strip. 18" makes the best dual-purpose use, but in FL, most guys are getting 19" for street purposes only.
2. You can safely go up to 11.5" w/o any fender mods on a standard TT/C4S - GT2 is exception
3. silver finish or brushed-type for a sporty look, black for aggressive
4. this list could go on and on.....I would have to say this one depends on size and purpose. Take a look at our customer gallery and see if anything interests you. The typical 996 Turbo fare includes BBS, Kinesis, HRE, TechArt, etc....

if you have any more detailed questions feel free to contact me directly by phone or email peter@wheelexperts.com
