It looks awesome. Thanks for sharing. What type of turbos and performance package did you end up with?

Artsian Performance K24 18G turbo upgrade with Softronic Programming. Going to put it on a dyno next week to see what kind of power the car is making.

OJwerks is infamous around these parts
trully an amazing project... I understand what you say that it makes more sense to go ball out on the 996TT than buying a 997 and mod it... I would have done the same thing....makes sense financially and the coolness factor is just in a whole different category...

Saw it and SEMA and it really is a complete makeover. Looks great, no expenses spared. I know you have the door handles planned so that will really 100% complete the transformation.

Thanks for the compliments Ray and Edwin.

Yeah what a long process. A year and a half later and the exterior is finally done.

I think if I had to compare the blue widebody and the green turbo I would have to pick the Green Turbo for sure. I loved the blue widebody but the only thing lacking was the power.

The Green car had a different builld concept so the interior was much more tame then the blue one. Not sure I could drive the car with green suede interior ha ha ha.

Which one did you guys like better?

Blue 996

Green 996

Based on the two pics, I would def go with the "997". The GT street kit is absolutely crazy

I just read EVERY single post on here. Vince, Amazing build. Your car has become one of if not my favorite 996TT on 6speed. How can you improve on perfection? I know, add LED Tail lights...oh that's right, YOU DID THAT ONE TOO!!!!! Simply amazing. Seriuosly the ONLY thing that I would do different is put in the new 997GT2 CF seats. But they are NOT cheap. Not that anything on this car is lol Congratulations on such an amazing project.
