Vivid!! Thank you for responding. I ordered through BJ as to phone was always transferred to him. , and even spoken with Amanda who even emailed me as to the part is being processed right now, but that was months ago. I am giving this another week then I will call you.

I've had no issues with Vivid as well. Nothing but excellent service and prices from Dan. I've dealt with many vendors in the car business and Vivid ranks as one of the top.

Vivid is excellent
I have never had anything but the best of service from Vivid. Any and everything Dan said he would do was done and either on time or earlier. I've never worked with a better after-market garage and company. Keep up the good work Dan. These folks work very hard to keep their customers happy so I don't know what this thread is all about. Really uncertain why folks feel it's necessary to get really nasty--what exactly is that supposed to accomplish? jaj

Hello everybody, I ordered front and rear sway bar, spark plugs, brake fluids, received a first part on the super quick shipping and directly being contacted from Amanda that HR was out of stock for 6 weeks, was my choice to get immediate refund or waiting, I waited and received exactly on the timing by fedex express without any further costs...just getting ready to order for another 5k of goods..I think that vivid has a great follow up and nice people working in the company..believe me, here in UAE, coming from europe, you will pull your hairs each day with the "maybe tomorrow" was waiting parts from my mercedes SL55 6 weeks for supercharger pump, without any advise from reseller or so, they sucks so bad..my experience with Vivid was excellent and I spread their quality service to all my friends, with porsche, or any other car...gr8 job vivid and gr8 company..my personal experience..

Ben - I went through records and tracked down your invoice from 5/9/07, invoice 45544. Your rep was Billy one of the general retail order takers here. I went through the communication of the first shipment that came to us and was supposedly shipped but no info. That is no excuse and BS by my standards and I have spoken to both people involved. There was a note on the invoice from 2/5/08... From what I understand this was shipped USPS. There is a reason we do not ship USPS especially international as their tracking system is terrible and once it leaves the US Postal service jurisdiction and into the other countries, it is even worse. Supposedly we have shipped this twice. If you receive it some day, awesome, its a freebie. All our domestic or international shipments with FEDEX automatically get tracking numbers sent to the customer and updated on the system.

966tt650 the thread was NEVER nasty as you read into. The purpose was to provide information to other members as to a POSSIBLE problem, a problem I am experiencing, and the choice I made. As I also included GOOD dealings with vivid. You and others all said one thing about vivid as to having been great.....great because YOU ALL DEALT with DAN! I did not, as to I was passed on to another employee to handle my order.

Ben your credit has been issued and emailed to you. It usually takes up to 2 business weeks before you see the credit on your card.

still researching issues. 996twin_sc, I looked up all your threads and you have never bought from us to my knowledge. I recognize your name from an ECU post. If you have bought from Vivid Racing, please PM me your name or post it here so we can give a fair shot to help.

I am in Australia and have dealt with Dan several times.
No problems, prompt service , prompt delivery.
BUT I did let Vivid select the frieght method.
Highly recomend them for product and service.

I just skimmed thru the rest of the posts and it seems like the only guys that had apparent problems were the one abroad... maybe due tot he shipping methods as Dan suggested.
