PE 700 whp?

Very strong car!!

Dont get stuck on a HP number... as dyno numbers can be deceiving....
some cars peak a HP number while others deliver it thru out the RPM range.
Another way to go is with gt3076r turbos with .82 A/R and sing Vivid's headers and flanges so you do t have to do too much custom work. at 1.5 bars on 109 gas a protomotive set up does 650 to 670 rwhp.
However, I drove a full k24/20g set up and it was insane.. actually it gave me a run for my money... Protomotive did the work. The ecu was custom tuned though over time so that car was simply insane. It ran at least a 10.2 at 139 mph in the 1/4...
so you have options

Woodster has 18/24's and he ran a sub 6.5 second 60-130. To beat that safely, corbonbmw you will have to spend huge bucks and build the motor.
Todds full set up isn't cheap by any means, but it is very hard to beat if you want a fast reliable set up.

Todd is so slammed now is the time to make a move if you want a car by summer.
And if thats the case I would go with gt3076rs and call it a day... Switzer has shown incredible fab work...

Friend of mine in Taiwan has only K24/18G, chip, DV, 5 bar FPR, exhaust, GT2's IC, 75mm TB and 75mm RSS plenum. His tip 996TT with stock injector and fuel pump is able to run 6.93 sec for 100~200 km (62~124.3mph)and 18.8sec for 200~300km(124.3~186mph). Those are very impressive number.

not many people are running the k24/20g or atleast i havnt heard of many. Is there a reason for that, or is the gt3076rs just a better option. The gt3076rs are making like 60-70 more whp then k24/18g g set up, is the tq also up with the gt3076rs or are they about the same as the k24/18g. And what set-up has a faster spool.

K24/20 == direct bolt on (really good power per dollar, but I believe they thrive
on high boost?)
GT30's == fabbed headers, fabbed exhuaust,
new oil lines, create (new) water lines, etc.
The Garrats are tough to beat if you have the means...
Since Proto is slammed I would take a drive to Cleveland and look at
Switzer's work. He can set you up at any level of power you want,
the only thing separating you from big power is $$$$$.

Its does produce 615 to 625 rwhp depending dyno and other atmospheric variables. But you need the full set with intercoolers, injectors, intake, etc...

How much work is involved to convert a PE650 car to the K24/20G's? IS the "700" intake ducting nessesary? Second Fuel pump, injectors etc....

Here's another dyno for a full Protomotive 700kit
Here is my timeslip for a full weight AWD 996TT with a full tank of Sunoco 260 GT Plus
This is before a short shift kit too.
BTW I have 86,000 miles on this car had the kit put on @ 62,000 miles and the only problem I had was a small boost leak.
