Can someone post what is generally believed to be the ideal road/track combo comprimise alignment settings?

Alignment

I am running -1 front and -2 rear and car handles pretty well. What I have been really happy with is that my tire wear has still been very good. I know I could get by with a little more but don't want to replace rears every 8-10k miles. THese cars use up rears fast enough anyway!
