This one in for sale section might be a good choice to build upon and closer to you. Good luck.

This absolutely breaks my heart, but I will be selling my car around September/October 2008. If I can line-up a potential buyer now to give it a good home, great.

2003 Porsche 911 (996) Turbo - £57k
Displacement: 3,600 cc
Power Output: (?appx 550hp?)
Drivetrain: AWD
Transmission: Manual
Colour (interior): Leather black
Color (exterior): Basalt Black Metallic
Mileage: 35k
Model Year: 2003
First Reg: 12/2002

Still under factory warranty until 31 October 2008 (renewable through Porsche Center [name withheld])

Full Porsche Dealer Main service history. Parr Motorsports did the clutch install and 2007-08 minor service (oil and transmission fluid changes). I replaced plugs 4k miles ago. Rads replaced under warranty in March 2007.

Second Place finish at VMax Redline @ Bruntingthorpe Proving Grounds => 197mph terminal velocity (behind only 700bhp RUF RT12)
www.vmax15000bhp.com

Thats 114 USD..and why would I need a righthand drive...

I'm sure axles are out there, what he is trying to tell you is that there always is a weak link. The more you push the car, the more weak links you will discover.

A car that came from the factory with around 400hp was engineered to withstand that kind of power, and the parts are made to match up, so when you try to double the power output, those parts will either break, or the longetivity of them will be seriously affected.

In short, no matter how well of a built car you purchase, be ready to have money to burn and a mechanic at your disposal who can handle the work.

Either way, good luck!
