are you saying the ticket is for going too slow?
why did you hit the car in front of you? You started moving but he didnt?

Take a deep breath and do some research.

You can get a ticket for doing 10mph in a 70mph zone IF 10MPH IS UNSAFE!!!

In the OPs case, he was doing 20, it was unsafe, he hit someone. It really doesn't matter what the limit was.

You need to read the Nolo Press book "how to beat your speeding ticket in California"..Borders... then make a decision as to YOUR ability to handle this in court.

If you truly cannot remember what happened, get a lawyer....

My coworker mentioned that he saw a porsche accident on his way to work, thursday morning. He sent me this picture.... hopefully everyone is okay.

In the UK you would get a ticket for such accident, it's called driving without due care attention. You probably got a USA version of it?

Sorry to see that. But how on earth did that happen from going 20mph? Did you launch it when the light turned green and the car in front didn't move?
