You guys do great work!

Due to traction and what most of us Porsche guys have experienced from
a roll (P-car HP vs All other Car HP), My vote goes to a Car like Divexxtreme's,
Dr. 90210's or Peter A's 3.8's with GT35R's, Markski's etc. The 996 Turbos are able
to put the power to the GROUND. This car is going to struggle in that area big time.
Let me know of the HP rating of the (2) cars in Minneapolis area (red M3 coupe and
black convertible M3). They should be similar HP to mine and we shall find out...

Thanks for the video!

MK

These are the (2) cars I am talking about: really nice work, I must say!

My buddy with GT2 and GT28's is ready and willing for a little friendly run
if these guys are up for it (My work will be done at Brainerd and Road America).

MK

Bring it on, Gentleman...

They're using 18% for figuring drivetrain loss...which is correct.

Thanks guys...

As far as traction, yes it is a bit ridiculous with the factory 255's on the rear. You can fit 285's with minimal fender rolling. In 2 weeks we'll be unveiling a widebody E46 M3 that sports 345's in the rear. That car hooks in 2nd gear.

The Porsche community has so many fast cars, and there are plenty of tuners making them even faster. What's nice is that they often hang out with M3 owners so these races tend to happen on their own.

By the time we hit 1,000rwhp in our stage 4, I'm sure you guys will have surpassed that but we'll keep up the friendly competition.

Take care,
Chris.

I heard your car is the one to reckon with. Didn't you do a crazy fast 60-130mph? My goal is to get my car up to where yours is over the next month or so. I'm going to get a VBox and I'll get some runs in. I heard your time is crazy fast so I think I definitely have my work cut out for me.

Chris.

My newest times are in my signature. If you can get that beast to hook, I bet you'll be right there. Good luck.

I guess I must automatically overlook signatures. 889rwhp/776rwtq is very impressive!! The torque you're making is ridiculous. We lost the rpm pickup on our dyno pulls so we don't have a torque reading. I'm guessing it's probably around 675-700.

4.74 with 2 shifts will be hard to beat. You've definitely set the high bar with that one.

Take care,
Chris.

Impressive, Chris. After talking to David several times, it was a really tough call deciding on sending my M3 up to you and going with the 996TT. But the Porsche won this time.

Maybe someday I can have both.

Keep up the great work up there.
