I would suggest to stay away from such spray on products, because once this coat gets any sort of scratches or damage you are in for a big bill and a new paint job.
And of course some dealers will offer it knowing they will make monney on you getting it done, and then make more monney on repainting your car.

So can the film paint protectors be removed without damaging the paint? What is the cost for to have these installed and how frequently do they need to be replaced?

i heard about it when i started inquiring about a clear bra - seems silly to me - i like to know my protection is there, not just because someone says its there - clear bra must be much more effective then this spray on non-sense imo

Yes they can be removed without damaging paint. Clear bra with installation will run 5-600 in my shop. The frequency they need to be replaced depends on how many things you hit. You could never have to change it, you really only replace it when you hit or scratch something so deep tat it tears the film to the point where the paint could soon be damaged. I have seen people scrape their front bumpers on concrete.... and peel the film off where it appears it is damaged and the front bumper is still perfect and you are only out the money to get the film put back on. Definitely worth the investment!

How much it will run is very relevent, since there are many areas and ways you can protect the paint, Partial to Full Hood, Partial to full fenders, front bumper, behind front and rear wheels, rockewr panels, different shar fins to replace the OEM. Plus it depends on what part of the country you are in, prices vary depending on location. That is actually one of the biggest missleadings when someone asks online "HOW MUCH" to have some service or mods done.
