60-130 in 5.73...on 93 octane

Thats an incredible time...congrats...still think the Z06 with it's gearing and RWD could hang, given the same HP as the P-car...??
This is the point I was trying to make a couple weeks ago. I think the 60-130 the P-cars are in their element for short times..again awesome run...!!

I still can't get over the fact that I ran 7.86 in a bone stock 443 rwhp car.

You are ceirtanly welcome. I spent some time around Marty's car this past weekend and I love the "sleeper" look with some nice suspension and wheels that you both have. I had some big plans for my next car and keeping it "sleeper" is now one of them.

Jags and Ryan - Thanks!
Luis - I'm with you. I really prefer the sleeper look as well.
I'm honestly more excited about this time than I am my 4.74. It seems that there's a point of diminishing returns the higher you go with boost. Traction is an issue, octane is an issue, stress on components is an issue. Anyway, I really like how the car feels on unleaded...so it's great to know that I can still run a relatively quick time without having to run mucho-boost on leaded fuel.

hey if you ever get a chance can u run a 1/4 on the street with a easy launch... Im interested in the trap speed. it should be in the mid 130s...
If you ever can that be great for comparison purposes...

Sure. Based on my previous best trap of 136 when I was 580-600 rwhp, I think I can trap in the high130's/low 140's at .9 - 1.0 BAR with this setup on a good weather day....on 93.

Scott, That's awesome on everyday 93 octane...nice!
Are you going to do a high octane, high boost trap speed test any time soon? I hoping you get thrown out for lack of a parachute (150+mph)!

I really want to. I'm hoping to attend a MIR track rental before it gets too hot. Worst case I'll wait until later this year when it starts to cool down.
There was a track rental at Richmond last week (closer to me than MIR) , but the track ends very quickly after the traps for a 150 mph car (not to mention my car was down from a leaky OEM passenger-side radiator, which I finally fixed a couple of days ago). Anyway, MIR has plenty of room after the traps to safely slow down, so I'd really prefer to go there.
I would LOVE to trap 150+.

All my runs are done on MS109. I asked about using C16 on my car and Todd said I could run more boost but this might not equate to more power? Never thought about mixing the two gases?? If your car is tuned on C16 can you use MS109? If I remember vaquely that this might not be possible?
Great runs
