Yea, and there have been about that many changes to it as well. Everything was done and the cylinder housings were dmaged in shipping and the oil control rings were as well. The list goes on of the BS on this project and the set backs.

Unfortunately these engines will do this under high boost. The 3.8L conversion is very susceptible. ARP studs, which are the solution for any other type of engine, don't seem to help much. Some are rumored to have welded the heads on to prevent lifting, which I suppose is a good solution if cost is no object...

Then come see my car :-) Chris, you have driven my car and you know that my heads never lift! I have 6000 miles on it and was just at the Ferrari meet at uptown park. Dont ask how much boost I have reached... you will not believe if I told ya ;-)
