Here is a possible course of action. Check your silicon hoses that run from the turbo to the intercooler and from the IC to the Y-pipe. One may have popped off at one of the fittings - most likely on one of the IC connections or the Y-pipe. There is a gray valve near the DV's that has 3 hoses - make sure they are all connected. The Y-Pipe has a two smaller hoses connected to it - check those, too. The other connections are pretty hard to see and reach without removing stuff. There are a few hoses behind the throttle body on the "T" plenum, you may be able to lightly tug them and see if one is obviously loose, but I would not pull hard. You could also lightly tug the three hoses going to the gray valve near the DV's to check for an obvious disconnection. And check the DV connections and the "T" just before the DV's.

I think you can do a simple pressure test by disconnecting the hoses at the turbos that connect to the intercoolers, capping one side - something as simple as a heavy duty lawn bag doubled or trippled with duct tape would probably work to seal one side and you could do the same on the pressure side, leaving a little slack plastic (and duct taping the air hose to the plastic for an airtight fit) and have someone feed air at a VERY light pressure 5-20 lbs while you listen in the engine compartment for hissing. Be sure you do not introduce too much air pressure or you may blow a line off that was OK before - I would start with 5 lbs. of pressure and work up. If by 10-15, you do not hear anything, I would think it is safe to say you do not have a leak.

Okay, the problem is that I think the leak is only apparent when I'm boosting.
The cars been smoke tested which is how they noticed that one of the vacuum lines popped off.

A part of my intercooler was leaking as well so they bought some new clips and reattached that as well.
I guess I should call and ask if they smoke tested the car again after the work was done.
But I'm sure they did once the work was completed, no?

I'm guessing the pressure is making one of the pipes expand or something or maybe my Forged diverter valves or EVO wastegate not working right...

This all happened the same time my vacuum line popped off after a hard acceleration.
Of all the previous times I disconnected the battery, it never once past .7 bars. Only spikes when I let off WOT.
I've disconnected the battery for 30 mins at a time.

You should pressure test again. It sounds like something became disconnected again...or leaks under pressure.

Do the pressure test as John described. I wrote a thread some time back about how to builf a pressure tested. I Used 15-20 PSI and sprayed all visible hoses with a water/dish soap mix. Then you can see all leaks.

Any updates? Something else to look for with the soapy water is the small plastic venturi that goes from the Y pipe to the throttle body. Mine was leaking from the plastic housing, a $30 part. I have one on order.

Thanks For the Suggestions. My leave doesn't start till next week so I don't have time yet to really get under the car. I saw the car boost up to .8 bars so maybe its the wastegate playing trips but starting the 25th, ill be taking apart the car and putting it back together and test.

Does anyone have the link for the pressure tester?

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...ting+Equipment

Would this be a pressure tester I can use?
I'm guessing if I go to sears, they'll have something I can attach that to push air like a bike pump?

Thanks. I'll go ahead and try to acquire those parts.

Only question now. Where do I actually plug in the compressor to put some pressure on it?

Also, if I'm trying to adjust my wastegate, where exactly do I do that as well?

You plug one end of the pressure hose, the one that comes off the pressure side of the turbo. Then you install the Tee onto the pressure hose on the other turbo. The Tee has an air gauge and a fitting to attach to your compressor or other air source.

Ok now im confused again. lol you plug in one side. Got it, the other side you put the TEE into? Isn't the Tee fairly small?

The Tee starts out big-to accept the pressure hose size, then you use reducers to facilitate the pressure gauge and air input sizes! Make sense??
