Carbonetics Triple Disc.

One of the innate properties of C/C composite technology is its porous structure within the carbon matrix. Years of research have produced a technology able to control the number and size of these pores as well as the allowance of metal to be placed within, thus creating C/CMC (Carbon/Carbon Metal Composite). By placing metals such as silicon, aluminum, bronze and titanium, ACROSS has been able to produce certain composites with unique characteristics. Inherent benefits include rigidity, heat resistance and lightness.

Nothing comes close!

Clutchmasters uses the Sachs disk and pressure plate beefed up. The full disk is EXTREMELY streetable.

probably what most people call a "stage II" which is the sachs kit.... should be ample and close to stock in terms of feel.

Will this setup will be an upgrade from the stock setup? What will I feel? Will their be any rattles from the flywheel?

Thanks

The lightweight flywheel does have a little bit of chatter. You can also just run a new dual mass. give me a ring and Iwill set you up with a package price.

I recommend you find someone with this set-up (at least a LWFW) and see/hear for yourself. It is a significant upgrade from stock and can handle the higher hp, but only you can decide if the chatter is a big deal or not.

Thanks for all of your feedback and responses. I am going to find someone local with a LFW so that I could meet them and listen to the rattle. Once I listen to it I will decide as to which kit I will go with.

Thanks again.

I live in Irvine. I will be a Cars and Coffee this Sat from 6am to 8:30am. I have the triple disk racing clutch with a 11.5lb flywheel (very light). I am not a site sponsor (nor do I sell anything) so my opinion is solely based on over 20 years of driving 911 Turbos. My clutch is not for everyone, but for the money it is the best. You can mod you car to 1000HP with this clutch and it will not slip. Also, the wear factor is minimal with this clutch. Should last 25,000 miles, easily.
