Affter my 24/18 Protomotive tune went in, I checked my mpg at 75 mph in 6th gear. 26.5 mpg.

I've read this statement from a number of guys after they've tuned their cars, and I find it amazing that a tune..... that essentially puts more power to the wheels...would actually result in better gas mileage. To me more power = higher gas consumption. Of course I realize that you dont' get 26.5 mpg with your foot in it all the time.

What sort of mileage were you getting before the tune???

I don't know what I got before.......but the 26.5 was done by resetting the computer while at 75 in 6th.....just 'cause I wanted to see what kind of mileage I was getting....

+1. He actually "tunes" as Markski said above. And you can upgrade. Do a search on Mikelly's impression's of his UMW code. No issues in over a year with DE.

Todd will email you a file that you will download using a Durametric/Softronic cable. It is all done via your obd port by your left knee.

My wife is from Brantford!

If I had to do it again, I would do Protomotive, UMW or EPL.

Of course almost 3 years ago, the options were very limited.
