My last car had the Baileys and they seemed OK.

I have seen some really inexpensive ones now. Has anyone used them?

Hi Ray. I don't have enough posts yet to reply to your PM, but send me your e-mail address, by PM which I can read, and we can talk some more. Yes, I rejoined PCA Palmetto after being away for a while with other toys.

Regards,
Dan

How do you tell when the DV's fail? Does it throw a check engine light? Boost falls off?

I know mine failed by a CEL and limited boost, but I think this may have been "limp mode" as they say, so you can drive it to get fixed. I knew they were starting to fail cause they were making a wierd whining noise after coming off moderate to heavy throttle, leaking I guess.

I did not notice anything until my Flash. After the Flash, intermittenly I would get a honking sound during acceleration. The stock DVs were binding causing the vibration honk. The composite materials they were made of, could not keep up with the added boost from the tuning. Good Luck.

Are you using the Forge 007P? It comes with three springs. Which one do you use?

My DVs are using the lowest resistance springs which work perfectly up to 1.1 BAR. You can get the iForge DVs from Champion Motorsports.
