the one off of highlands ranch road and broadway would be easy for you. You just got off at Lincoln and take that west to Broadway, Starbucks is on the left behind Mcdees after you cross broadway.

We don't have to meet there, I was just throwing a few places out. If someone knows of a better place we can go there. Figured a morning coffee and introduction by everyone would be best for the first time.

we can also pick a nice outdoor burger place for lunch with plenty of parking for the next meet. Isn't there a 50's type burger place in the area.

and maybe a dinner place for the third meet, etc.

of course, we might eventually have to run down to the loveland pass tunnels. Later this summer I plan on doing some runs at Bandemere to see how dissapointing my high altitude time will be for me.

 

I did not know there was one there. That is even better as that is a bigger parking lot that does not fill up in the AM. But I think it is on highlands ranch and lucent??

 

I am up for any place...as long as it involves some decent roads. I am up in Evergreen. My office is at a car club, Club Auto in Lakewood. We have a lot of fun cars here to look at and I can invite you as guests, just to hang...bar, tv, pool table, exotic cars...pretty decent coffee if you know how to push a bottom. It is just off 6th and Simms, so easy to reach from any direction.

Isnt that the place with the HUGE dips to get out of the parking lot and the canal at the stop sign we have to drive through to get to simms or 6th avenue?

I think at the last meet there it took 6 cars 10 minutes to get out onto 6th ave.

I'm curious too...but my S4 was running very low 13s with similar power output and weight. so i figure the 996TT will be similar times. for me, its not worth going till im making bigger power...or till i get my lambo, i may would take that up there for some e-gear launches just to see it run, but i figure itll be in the same range...

 

agreed. By the way the local dealer just got two new GT3 RS's that are picture negatives of each other. One is orange with black trim and wheels and the other is black with orange trim and wheels. They look awesome.

There is a new GT2 coming in next month that is already sold. I want to take a close look at that one.

 

The RS's aren't sold!?!?! heck i could buy one at sticker and turn around and flip it and make 20k if so.

 

not sure if they are sold or not. But the black one rolled off the delivery truck while I was there yesterday. I didn't ask if they were sold. Although there was a customer there looking for a spot to install the integrated radar detector, so maybe they were his.

Not sure that you could flip them that quick anymore. According to the dealer, they were going to be getting some more, so that gates have opened.

No you didn't yet. But we could do an impromptu meet this weekend if everyone is around early in the AM before the day gets rolling, like Saturday? Meet over at Starbucks at Highlands Ranch and Broadway early say 7am, if you guys can get up early or 8:45 am at Tattered cover. Whomever can't make it, we can do another early Sat the following weekend.
