What's the accepted safe boost limit using pump gas? I've been told several different things.

It varies wildly depending on what turbos are used. I ran 1.2bar with my k16/24 turbos and 1.05bar with the k24/18g's (both on 93 octane). Needless to say, the 18g's at that boost level outperform the 16/24's by a long-shot.

Bigger turbos push more air at a given boost level than smaller ones. With bigger turbos, you don't have to run as much boost to gain power...it's all about the volume of air.
