.9 bar of boost maximum
my car is only boosting .9 bar max. Any ideas of what i should look for in the way of a boost leak to correct this condition, before it was boosting 1.3 bar

Did you adjust your wastegates too much with your new setup? If you adjust them too much, you will exceed the 1.3 bar max and the TB will shut down...thus only allowing you to boost max of .9 bar. Even if you dont have a CEL light, etc., there will be a error code that needs to be cleared.

thank you all for your help
we found the problem today, it was a split diverter valve hose. my mechanic replaced it and the car is pulling really strong now, 1.2 to 1.3 bar to be exact . It feels like the gravitron ride at the carnival.

I'm only seeing 1.1 bar and should be seeing 1.2 to 1.3 bar. I think I have the same problem as you XICO. I can hear a 'whistleing' noise on even the most slight accelerations. I hope it's a leek and nothing more. Glad to hear you found your problem.

S Car Go Racing makes a diverter valve hose that won't split. If you replaced the split one with a stock one it is just a matter of time before it splits again. It costs about $150.00.
