H&R coilover, spring helper question...

Hey Guys,
I'm installing my H&R coilovers and I noticed in the H&R website that the spring helper in the front coilover (smaller size coil spring) is on top and the longer size coil spring is on top. Does it matter which one goes on top of each other?

Thanks for your help.

Picture comparison

Ok, I attached a picture for comparison between H&R, PSS9 and KW. Got these pictures from websites. So, should the spring helper be on top or bottom? Or it doesn't matter?

Anyone?
