Tom

Forget chassis dyno stuff, you have close to 600 fwhp on that engine. You have no risk at all if the tuning is good and for any shootouts or quick runs.

At the track, keep that boost controller at 1 Bar or less, not because you will blow your engine, but because you are shortening its life dramatically, and it is not the rods but the rest of the components.. Markski's suggestion (you say too much sometimes Marksi, you are giving away too much info ) is a good one, but I would add a twist, you only push the "kill" mode button when you need to pass someone on the straight before reaching the corner.

Can you use 1.2 bar for ongoing laps? Yes of course, and nothing will happen to your engine on the track maybe, but it all depends on your financial tolerance limits, how often do you want to open the engine..5k miles, 10k miles, 20k miles...?
