I love my car...

Thanks Scott. After reading this yesterday, I got home, changed and fired her up. I drove through the country for a while and then headed into Annapolis and had a few beers and shrimp at a place on the water called Pusser's. The valet let me park right in front of the place. My wife met me there, I then bought a nice cigar (AVO) and walked around a little. I then jumped back in the 2 and took the long way home. She is running perfect, hitting 1.1 bar steady and spiking 1.2. I am almost embarrassed to admit it, but I haven't driven her since Memorial Day (6 weeks ago). I won't let that happen again.

Face it all we are a bunch of car nuts and driving anything that not a Prius can make me smile. My lifted Jeep when I am off road or going camping, the wifes' MINI Cooper S with the JCW package is fun as hell and always a guaranteed smile and while it is not a built 996TT my little SC'd Boxster S with the top up or down is a blast. We get to live a life many just do not understand and that is why I stay on the forums. You guy's are "Car Crazy"! Thanks Berry Maguire for the quote.

had a similar experience the other day. had a bad day... took the car out alone at night for some spiritied driving.. felt so much better when i got home...
windows down, sunroof open, some good weather and a break from the loud *** music i listen to, so you can actually hear the car... always help decompress.

My pops has three cars and I know he has only listened to the radio in one of them. I can honestly say i'm pretty certain the radio in his Black Series has never even been used. He is all about the sounds the car is making and just enjoying driving. Guess thats where I get it from. Who needs a therapist when you've got a great car.
