EMERGENCY!! Is there a front trunk release on the 996 turbo like for the rear?!?

Dave there are 2 fuses for the stereo (1 in the fuse box and 1 on the back of the stereo)...there may also be one on the amp?

Sorry, thought i had followed up. The stereo came back on when i drove it again and everything seemed to re-sync. Battery is reading a consistent 13.75 dipping to 13-13.5 or so when AC is on and there is full load...normal?
Mechanic thinks the engine or starter ground may not be attached properly, possibly explaining the inability for the charger to give enough love off the rear positive post - cause we had to hook up to the starter itself (bypassing the alternator and rear positive post) to get some juice to the battery.
Hopefully that itself may explain why the car drained a brand new battery completely dead after sitting for 9 days or so...
