EPL 630cc file w/ 24/18g turbos, impressions and dyno sheets
After going through many fueling and tuning setups such as stock injectors and a 5 bar fuel pressure regulator, I contacted Tony at European Performance Labs about what his company offers for the 996TT platform. He explained to me that he offers a direct reflash of the computer through the obd2 port that is tuned for the 24/18g turbos and 630cc high flow fuel injectors. In addition to having tuning specific to that setup he explain that a 2-step launch control would be incorporated into the file, so you can leave the line at the drag strip with a few psi of boost. After recieving my ECU/DME back from Tony I installed the fuel injectors and ecu, and the car fired right up. After taking the car for the first test drive I was very impressed. The car drove and idled just like factory, until you got into wide open throttle. Under wide open throttle the car just takes off. Later that day we strapped the car onto the dyno to see what kind of power it was making. Previously the highest peak horsepower number we saw was 568whp, but the car began to run out of fuel in the higher rpm range. After doing the first pull with the EPL file our jaws were to the floor, the car made an enormous 637whp on only 1.35bar of boost. This was performed on VP MotorSports 109octane and this file is by no means at its limit. The boost and ignition timing are still at modest levels with plenty of head room. Note Dyno room temps were 100+.
Modifications:
k24/18g turbos
Upgraded 1 bar wastegate actuators
USP MotorSports 2.5" Aluminum turbo inlet pipes
USP MotorSports 3" Race exhaust w/ no cats
USP MotorSports Upgraded intercoolers
USP MotorSports Fuel Injectors/modified fuel rails
Greddy Profec B spec2 Boost controller
Clutch Masters Stage 3 clutch kit
Stock flywheel
As you can see run006 made 10whp peak over run007. However, run007 made about 40whp more in the higher rpm range because the DME adapted.

Very impressive #'s Chris, congrats to you and Tony!! Our setups will be pretty similar, so I hope to post up some #'s similar to those (if not a little better!!). I'm sure that your car has a good amount left in at as well though, even at the same boost level.
After talking to you and Tony today, I think I will just go ahead and install the 60lb. injectors from the get-go, and send the 5-bar back to Tony. I'll call you again soon about the fuel rail mod. later this week.

No extra fuel pump yet I am still deciding if I am going to do a inline or a 2nd intake pump.
I am back on the stock FPR (3.8 bar) MAF is stock.
I have not ran it on pump gas yet but the file is tuned for pump gas for about 1.2 bar.

Just like our crazy Canadian(Dmaffo) that took a proto 18g with a 5 bar, Chinese headers and B6 ICs along with straight pipes into the 134 mph mark @10.8 sec. on 19 inch rims...
