You were caught in bold face lies awhile back about the previous infamous wrecked GT2 you tried to represent as "perfect"...and now this example of online bs....

Buyer beware with these guys.....
the bottom line is this guy is completely unreasonable...

You guys getting on Parin's case have got to be kidding me. He's taking the car back, the guy made up false problems & posted online to try & soil the reputation of CMC. Should he have just sat back and let his reputation get ruined by lies? I wouldn't. Bottom line is the customer is NOT always right. I have dealt with my fair share of crazy customers who were completely unreasonable and it's not easy. I wouldn't let this incident effect my decision of where to buy a car. The customer should have had the car checked out before buying it. I have bought 2 cars out of state, both times I flew in to check it out before paying for anything, it's better to be out $500-$1000 rather then ending up with a crappy car. Either way, CMC is taking the car back so that should end this entire thread. Problem solved and they went above and beyond by taking it back.

News flash: Bobby and I have been friends for over 9 years. I have personally owned 4 porsches that bobby has done up for CMC. Not to mention I have trades about 20 cars with bobby. I talk to bobby on a daily basis. So, I do not think it is fair for someone that doesn't know me from atom to comment on bobby's relationship with me.

There are 14 people that have posted on this thread that have bought turbo's from CMC.

What I don't get is how some people have the nerve to give it to CMC, they sold the car and I am sure if they wanted to be A Holes they could have told the purchaser to **** off, If I were CMC I would be venting my anger a lot worse than what they have displayed and yet there are a few here stating that they would not deal with them purely because of them venting.

Some guys here never cease to amaze me.

I'll never buy from them again. They sold me my 2003 x50. 2nd gear "pop-out", dent in the front bumper. I just think they should be more honest

Dent in the front bumper? You didn't see this when you drove/inspected it? PPI didn't catch it?

Hmmm.....

Chicago Motorcars

Just wanted to give people an update on my dealings with Chicago Motorcars.

Parin did accept the vehicle back after I paid for shipping both ways. That was a month ago. Since that time he has promised to send a check and complete this fiasco. Everytime I have called, he is not there. He has called me back once, 2 weeks ago to let me know the checks (one to me and one to my bank) were in the mail for overnight delivery. That was 2 weeks ago. Repeated calls have led to talking to other people at CMC but 1 month later no money, no car (which is on sale on Ebay). Just a bunch of empty promises. Hoping he will send the checks soon...

New call

So, 1 hr. after posting on 6 speed, I get a call from CMC. They said they are overnighting the checks. I really hope this is true. This has been quite an experience.

That is TOTAL BS. I'm glad you blasted them on this forum and they have been proven over and over again that they only post on this forum to cover there *****! Please keep us updated on the saga.

Did we really need 8 pages to say "Buyer Beware"? I'm just a guy reading this thread and it appears , to me, someone bought a car that seemed to be represented pretty good, and he didn't like it when it showed up at his door. I would buy a $5000 car sight unseen, $80k, I don't think so...
