Gauges -- What to Monitor?

Gauges -- What to Monitor?
I am considering purchasing a set of three gauges to place in the center concole, in one of the cut outs below the stereo. Many thanks to Alex for his consultation regarding this project. I am trying to decide what I want to monitor. I am certain I want an AF gauge. Given the stock boost meter, a second boost gauge seems somewhat duplicative. On the other hand, the after market boost gauges have additional features, including memory and vacuum monitoring. I am also considering a Pyro for exhaust temp.
Any input/thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated. What should I monitor?

Oil Temp. It's inexcusable that a car of this type doesn't come with one. It isn't so much for the warning of overheating but to confirm that the oil has warmed up to operating temperature. It takes alot longer for the oil to heat up than the water and you shouldn't have to guess.
