Nice passes Chris. If you're not running an LSD, do you think that's your problem? Without an LSD, all the rotational energy is guided to the side with the least resistance.

Have you tried going to Immokalee Raceway? It's an 1/8 mile track but they are pretty lenient when it comes to safety equipment plus track prep is pretty consistent. Anyways, great numbers and keep up the good work!

Chris is admittedly not hooking well with rwd and open diff. What do you suggest?

I'm not suprised as the 996TT actually has weight over the rear wheels vs those cars. You make it sound like an open diff gives better traction than an LSD. Like I said in my previous post, when an open diff starts to lose traction all the torque goes to the tire with the least traction. How is this a good thing?
