Britt, let me know if you need any verbiage such as a cease and desist, copyright and or usage etc...- this stuff happens all the time to tUNINGwERKS and I should have a few pre-set templates on file. Our photo director is bad-*** at ensuring that people don't use our pics without consent...

I have seen my pictures on sites before. It is kinda odd. Since I am not a pro like Britt I didn't think anything of it.

Besides Britts' web design would kill that site

OMG guys!! I posted my interest on the Avus wheels long ago when I was deciding what wheels to buy, and a guy from this shop PMed me. Thank God I did not make any purchases from him

He should have asked Britt that he wanted to use his photo. Damn this sucks

I just talked to Franco at Salvatore Motorsports and everything is cool! He is a very nice guy and he has my permission to use the image on his website. He carries a lot of body kits and parts for Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and others and is really a straight-up guy.

My friend was looking for HRE's and had them priced out of Miami. I can't remember the name of the online site. They sent him sample pictures of Pcars with HRE's and they sent him a picture of my car from the Southern Fried Meet... These pictures make it around...

How does this work if the pictures are not copyrighted and are posted on a public website like 6speed?
