There isn't too much to do with cars that I haven't been exposed to.

I am very interested in the results though...

Hey Shank,

When were you planning on doing the install??

I am really looking forward to hearing some feedback on this unit..

Did they happen to mention if anything will be available for the 993TT ??

Evan, good question, and good point. The exhaust, even in Straight pipe mode, allows 20% exhaust flow thru the cats, just for the reason you pointed out.
Gotcha...I still wonder if that will be enough, but at least they realized that and addressed it. Should be interesting to see...

hi,

was the exhaust installed yet? looks beautiful and can't wait to hear it. i remember Kreis-Sieg for their ferrari stuff, and that they are uber-expensive but incredible quality. eisenmann manufactuers the exhausts for the Kreis-Sieg ferrari ones, and they go for like $16k no joke!

Oddly enough, I found Eisenmann's weld quality on BMW exhausts to be less than expected.

It's probably different for Ferrari exhausts though.

yeah i know wut you mean, however, the Meisterschaft line for BMW's are made in the same factory as the other highend ones (regular BMW ones are made in a different factory)...and i am told that the Ferrari one is exceptional quality, as the Porsche one too you can see here. i have heard that eisenmann has revised their welding techniques, and that the high-end models are produced in a separate factory

OKH got one installed on his turbo @ By Design last week didnt he?

List is $9K for the turbo, but I think there's a 'discount' available to bring it down to $6K

Tell you what Shank...have em send that Kreis Sieg my way and I'll pay for the install, dyno, and post sound clips. In exchange I get to keep the exhaust for free!

Sounds like a win-win to me

I can tell you about the dyno, and I think I can host the video clips as well.
