Will it cause the car to go into limp mode, or does it affect performance at all? I'm running into the same issue with my tuner.

I agree.

Just wanted to chime in and suggest looking at Eastern Catalytic, website found under that name.
They make a nice stainless 3" 100cell metal matrix bullet cat which is fairly inexpensive(around $100 each if you know where to shop

) and work very well- I have them on my car and they do a great job of cleaning up the exhaust.
Let me know if you need to know where to get them.

Place 100cel cats and you wont have any CEL...+you car will pass emissions and wont be restricted...

When you override the ECU for no CEL, is this process reversible? Say you run straight pipes and get tired of it, can you have the rear O2 sensor re-activated?
