evoms GT 660 stats

I have had my car dyno'd multiple times at Evoms. I am always between 530 and 550 depending on the temps here in Phoenix.
I have been thinking about increasing the air flow and getting intercoolers. Then having Todd tune me for 100 octane and see what kind of numbers I get. It would be nice to have an extra ECU so I could just switch it out in my garage.

Heh sorry I was at home at the time so 'twas all I had Either way, I really think the 660 kit is _the_ kit to have for a daily driver, relatively maintainence-free and fast as heck. The nice thing about it is you can also use the more driveable Stage II style clutch kit (using the Sachs 999 PP) so it makes driving a LOT easier.

Having owned a tip previously I can tell you those things are _very_ good for drag racing and because of the gearing actually quicker than the 6 speeds often in the 1/4mile (not trap speed-wise though).

I remember an older gentleman at the track here in Phoenix with a stock 997TT tip talking about never tracking his car ever. I heard him say "OK I'll give it a whirl", lined up at did his very first 1/4 mile in 11.5 sec.

lol Alex, you know whats funny? After driving my car with a stage 3 clutch, lwfw, and the gt2 slave conversion, i can no longer drive my buddy's gt660 anymore w/ sachs stage 2 clutch. I thought his clutch pedal was broken; right when i engage it, my foot fell to the floor.

Doesn't suprise me Robert! It's not too consistent with the 997TT as it'll run ok for a couple of runs on 91 and then switch down to a lower/less aggressive ignition map

ROFL that's basically the set up I have on mine so I know what you mean. I do like it so much with the GT2 slave conversion so that's different. I just meant for folks that are sissies and can't handle the hydrualic assist delete Without the GT2 conversion it's certainly tricky....
I don't think i could drive my car any other way, but with the clutch assist gone.
After about 30 seconds after driving my friends 660, i told him i didn't want to hurt his clutch by riding it. My leg has become so accustomed to my setup, i couldn't modulate his feather clutch pedal at all.
