Interesting.
First one has Renault Spider headlights, but can't remember its exact name, but it does remind me of something...
-edit- after a quick research, this is a prototype by Fior based on Renault Spider, was supposed to race at Le Mans. Project abandones for lack of funds.

Second is Isdera Commendatore. Swiss or Austrian built. Has Benz V12, IIRC. -edit- Isdera was kinda big during the 80s with their Imperator model.

3rd Jag XJ220S, prepped by TWR. 5 or 6 in the world. 780hp, IIRC.

4th is B-Engineering Edonis, V12, 3.5L, twin turbo, 750 hp ... not street legal yet, though. Sponsored by Michelin to promote its PAX tire. Created by the guys that first built the EB110 Bugatti. Oh yeah, 365 certified km/h.

Last one can't remember, although I think I've seen it a couple times...

Are you sure they aren't all variations of the new Boxster Coupe? but seriously, I could only name one and I am impressed with the car knowledge.

The kit for the Diablo is made by some south american company, really can´t remember the name off the top of my head, but it´s listed on supercars.net (yikes!) - the Isdera IMO isn´t ugly, but it uses multiple MB parts, including the speedometer.
